Overview

The Account Specialist will help small business owners manage their outstanding balances by negotiating payment plans and leveraging legal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional Customer Service/Sales/Collections experience.
• Effective communication and empathetic listening skills.
• Team player with initiative to suggest improvements.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Competitive nature with ability to focus and complete tasks independently.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously.
