Overview

The Communication Specialist for Lithia Shared Services will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and personal communications, ensuring one contact resolution to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Associates degree preferred but not required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Background in banking, finance, or accounting is a plus.
