Requirements

• Knowledge of programming languages and methodologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing and interviewing IT professionals.
• Experience managing the offering stage with candidates.
• Knowledge of the local IT market.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• BS or higher in Psychology or a technical field preferred.
