Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at RapidSOS, you will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent to fuel our continued success. You will own the full lifecycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization, building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for key roles across primarily go-to-market and corporate teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Implement structured interview processes for fair candidate evaluation.
  • Guide hiring managers on effective interview questions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing methods.
  • Conduct engaging interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Drive offer negotiations to secure top talent.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring strategies.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics for process improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Greenhouse.
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for DEI hiring initiatives.
  • Bonus: Experience in early-stage startups or high-growth tech environments.
