As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Housecall Pro, you will help strategically scale multiple high-volume teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience and collaborating with key stakeholders.

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process.
• Source and screen applicants effectively.
• Ensure candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers.
• Create unique interview templates and scorecards.
• Manage scheduling and coordination of interviews.
• Track hiring progress using data.
• Negotiate and close offers with candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills across various channels.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work standard hours for a US timezone.
• Proven experience across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats.
• Experience improving recruitment processes.
• Proficiency with MacOS, Google Suite, and ATS preferred.
