Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing all aspects of talent sourcing and recruiting, ensuring the company attracts and hires the best possible talent for its positions.

In Short

• Handles full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
• Builds relationships with Hiring Managers and HR.
• Utilizes creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
• Ensures a positive candidate experience and communication.
• Delivers and negotiates employment offers.
• Maintains tracking system for requisition and applicant activity.
• Engages in community and university relations for recruitment.
• Complies with company policies regarding recruiting.
• May assist other Talent Acquisition Partners as needed.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• High energy and passion for recruiting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong PC skills with business software.
• Excellent communication skills.
