Overview

Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a skilled AI Enablement Engineer to support clients in their AI adoption journey, focusing on building and customizing AI-powered tools.

In Short

Implement and customize Microsoft Co-pilot solutions.
Develop automated workflows using Power Automate.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements.
Provide support for Co-pilot and Power Automate implementations.
Monitor and enhance existing automations.
Train and guide end-users on AI tools.
3–6 years of IT experience focused on automation and AI.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Good understanding of APIs and integrations.
Fluent in English; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.

Requirements

3–6 years of overall IT experience.
2+ years of experience with Power Automate.
Experience with Microsoft Co-pilot or similar tools.
Strong problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills.
