As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the go-to expert for hiring in some of the fastest-growing companies across Europe. You’ll set up smart hiring processes, work closely with key stakeholders, and make a real impact on how our clients grow their teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Greek with strong communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and hiring data.
• Ability to optimize the hiring funnel for better processes.
• In-house recruiter mindset focused on long-term impact.
• Understanding of hiring as both a science and art.
• Using data insights for smarter hiring decisions.
