Requirements

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and medical device industries.
  • Proven experience in a corporate startup environment.
  • Expertise in managing the full recruiting lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with Lever ATS and sourcing tools.
  • Understanding of interviewing and candidate assessment methodologies.
  • Experience with compensation analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Background in creating competitive compensation packages.
