Overview

The Sr. Director, Global Medical Affairs Molecule Lead (GMAL), Neuroscience, Sleep will be the Medical Affairs leader for a molecule globally, requiring deep understanding of Medical Affairs and relevant clinical experience.

• Lead the development of global medical tactical and evidence generation plans.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree required, MD preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in medical affairs.
• Experience leading Phase 4 studies required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Results-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Regulatory and Commercialization frameworks.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Exceptional negotiation and team-building skills.
• Experience with strategic planning for marketed products.
• Demonstrated success in developing impactful medical strategies.
