Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Learning - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Medical & Scientific Learning Excellence will work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to develop and execute learning and training resources on disease state, product, and treatment landscape.

• Lead planning and delivery of scientific learning for internal stakeholders.
• Develop learning content across product lifecycle phases.

• Orchestrate a blended learning approach including self-paced and live workshops.
• Expected to travel up to 20% of time as required.
• Requires strong scientific background and project management skills.
• Must have experience in creating interactive learning content.
• AI literacy is a plus for developing learning resources.

Requirements

• Advanced Scientific Degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD, or NP) required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical skills to review scientific literature.
• Experience applying learning principles in content creation.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Pharma regulatory and healthcare compliance guidelines.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and basic MS Excel.
