We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company connecting top developers and designers from LatAm with first-class companies globally. We need an English-fluent Web Developer based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

In Short

• Develop and maintain responsive websites using Headless WordPress and JavaScript.
• Build custom themes and plugins in WordPress.
• Collaborate to create interactive user experiences.
• Test, troubleshoot, and debug web applications.
• Write clean, reusable code and maintain documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies.
• Establish web development best practices.
• Manage technical debt and resolve bugs.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and scalability.
• Coordinate with designers and other developers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of web development experience.
• Experience with tools like Jira and Slack.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Skilled in WordPress development.
• Familiar with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Knowledgeable in version control systems like Git.
• Strong understanding of SEO and web performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
