In Short

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, account receivables, or similar roles.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with P2P systems such as ZIP HQ, Tipalti, or Coupa is a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
• Prior experience working in a startup environment.

Requirements

• Process invoices, ensure timely approvals, and manage vendor payments.
• Address payment discrepancies.
• Reconciliation of Expense and Travel Reimbursements.
• Management of Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable mailboxes.
• Assist in processing customer invoices and tracking incoming payments.
• Help maintain accurate records and support the collection process.
• Help document procurement procedures.
• Assist with month-end processing and accurate recording of financial transactions.
