The ServiceNow Lead will oversee the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, guiding a team of developers and liaising with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions.

In Short

  • Oversee and guide the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Supervise a team of ServiceNow developers, providing mentorship and prioritizing tasks.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and developers.
  • Collaborate with System Architect to design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Ensure proper investigation and documentation of bugs on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Draft and review technical design documents.
  • Lead functional testing efforts and oversee user acceptance testing.
  • Monitor and report progress on projects and team performance.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow enhancements and industry best practices.
  • Perform other supervisory and business analysis tasks as required.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in ServiceNow, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong background in business analysis and project coordination for ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development (HTML, JavaScript, APIs).
  • Experience with Service Portal, CMDB, HR Scope App, and ITSM modules.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps or Agile frameworks.
  • Knowledge of IT Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership skills including task delegation and team development.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
