SEA Manager - Remote

Overview

The SEA Manager will play a key role in the Paid Social & Performance Marketing team, managing projects independently and advising brands on SEA and performance marketing strategies.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in SEA marketing with profitable budget management.
• Strong analytical thinking and numerical understanding.
• Creative mindset with a desire to test new ideas in ads.
• Enjoyment of numbers and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with project management tools, ideally Asana.
• Self-reliant and structured working style.
• Ability to work precisely and result-oriented under pressure.
• Open and honest personality.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
