The Sales Development Representative at Huntress will engage with potential and existing clients in Australia to generate business opportunities and support the sales team.

  • Engage with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) via calls and emails.
  • Collaborate with sales management to create effective strategies.
  • Conduct a high volume of calls to schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Work autonomously while improving team processes and training.
  • Communicate effectively and listen actively to clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or lead generation.
  • Ability to make a high volume of calls (50+ calls/day).
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Team player with a willingness to share knowledge.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Coachable and eager for continuous improvement.
