Accounts Payable Clerk - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team during an exciting period of headcount and product expansion. You will ensure that every transaction in our employee credit card and travel systems is coded accurately and mapped to the correct departments before it is exported to NetSuite.

In Short

• Monitor daily corporate card activity and audit expenses for compliance.
• Review and code all flight and hotel transactions.
• Act as the primary backup for the Accounts Payable Specialist.
• Ensure all purchases have accompanying receipts and documentation.
• Assist in collecting W-9 tax forms and verifying vendor information.
• Manage the data sync from various systems into NetSuite.
• Support month-end close processes and ensure timely data exports.
• Provide internal customer service regarding travel bookings and expenses.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience or suitable administrative background.
• Understanding of data flow and system interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
