Accounts Payable Clerk - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Clerk role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Finance Team. In this role, you will work within a fast-paced Accounts Payable team and carry out a variety of duties related to managing vendor accounts and processing invoices.

In Short

• Process all vendor invoices on the payable system.
• Liaise with vendor owners for timely invoice approval.
• Set up new vendor accounts on the payable system.
• Collect order forms and verify vendor costs.
• Resolve invoicing and payment queries with vendors.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Update vendor master on the payable system.
• Perform routine Accounts Payable tasks under direction.
• Assist with finance administration and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Proficient in English.
• High motivation and self-direction.
• Experience in accounts payable preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work US hours.
