Overview

As an IT Operations Specialist at My Funded Futures, you will own our internal technology infrastructure and support our growing team, ensuring that employees have the tools they need to be productive and maintaining security across our systems.

• Manage company devices and ensure employee productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows administration.
• Experience with identity providers and SSO.
• Understanding of endpoint security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation habits.
• Clear communication skills.
