Financial Controller - Remote

Overview

The Financial Controller will take full ownership of Xapo Bank's financial reporting integrity, ensuring accurate and compliant financial statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Controller.
• Experience in financial management and crypto accounting.
• Proficiency in NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology.
• Extensive regulatory reporting experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in fintech or banking environment.
