• Proven success in scaling product operations in high-growth organizations.
• Strong operational and analytical skills.
• Experience with roadmap tools like Jira and data visualization platforms.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills.
• Experience establishing OKRs and cross-functional launch processes.
• Comfort in a Series B–D startup environment.
