Overview

As an Account Director of Strategic Accounts at H1, you will own and grow a portfolio of critical Contract Research Organization (CRO) customer relationships while also acquiring new CRO customers to expand H1’s market presence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management.
  • Proven success managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
  • Strong executive presence and trust-building skills.
  • Experience in complex deal negotiation.
  • Strategic thinker in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with value-based selling.
  • Comfortable with travel for customer engagements.
