As an Account Director at H1, you will be pivotal in managing and growing critical customer relationships, aligning their business objectives with H1’s solutions to drive measurable value.

In Short

  • Own and grow a portfolio of H1’s critical customer relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Ensure account retention through proactive engagement and risk management.
  • Develop multi-year account strategies for cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Understand customer initiatives and industry trends to anticipate needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to negotiate complex agreements.
  • Provide feedback to influence product roadmap and marketing strategies.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly revenue and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Become a subject-matter expert in H1’s products and services.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management.
  • Success managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the C-level.
  • Proven track record of driving expansion ARR.
  • Commercial acumen in complex deal negotiation.
  • Strategic thinker in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with value-based selling.
  • Willingness to travel to customers 20% of the time.
