Overview

The Director of Product Operations will drive the successful delivery, commercialization, and performance of Entersekt’s product portfolio, ensuring product-market readiness and operational efficiency.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end planning, tracking and reporting of product initiatives.
• Develop and manage business cases and project plans.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for product delivery.

• Provide updates on product initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in product operations or delivery.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Strong project management capabilities; PMP, Agile, or Scrum preferred.
• Proven success in launching software products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
