• Lead a high-performing team focused on customer-centric processes.

• Oversee hardware installations on commercial trucks and trailers.
• Establish processes for customer training and post-deployment support.
• Design scalable processes for efficient operations as the business grows.
• Act as a key point of escalation for customer issues.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Drive operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Travel expectations of ~15% of the time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in IoT or hardware.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Process-driven mindset focused on scalability and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with hardware/software deployment processes.
• Experience in heavy-duty trucking or automotive industries is a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary of $150,000 - $185,000.
