Overview

The Director of Product Operations will help drive the successful execution and measurement of our strategic Product Management initiatives, enabling cross-functional teams to operate effectively.

• Lead annual product strategy and roadmap process.
• Define and track product KPIs with reporting.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Product Management or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud-based, SaaS products.
• Ability to work independently and manage teams.
• Proficiency in product roadmap software (Aha!) and CRM data (Salesforce).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with business acumen.
• Natural curiosity and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to present data persuasively.
