• Seeking a motivated and technically proficient Data Analyst.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams.
• Analyze and present data to optimize customer engagements.
• Drive successful outcomes across pre-sales and post-sales interactions.
• Build ROI models using Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Automate analyses and create repeatable workflows.
• Ensure data quality and validation of results.
• Document analytical methodologies for reuse and scaling.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Act as a technical resource for customer pilots.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2-4+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong skills in Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerPoint, Tableau).
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into business outcomes.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Interest in customer-facing work.

• Base salary range of $120,000 - $140,000.
