• We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support Simpluris’ data operations.
• You will be responsible for analyzing and cleaning client data before uploading it into our internal systems.
• Perform calculations in accordance with business rules to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Present data-related issues to project managers for resolution with clients.
• Participate in weekly meetings and daily stand-ups to coordinate on outstanding requests.
• Interface with internal/external staff and clients, directly resolving issues with data.
• Analyze and clean client data using various tools.
• Assess current processes and make necessary improvements.

Requirements

• Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or other related fields.
• Experience with Excel, Python, and SQL.
• Ability to think critically about business processes and case requirements.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical members of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and apply independent judgment.
• Proactive and well-organized, able to multi-task under stressful conditions.
• Strong mathematical and business acumen combined with a collaborative mindset.
