Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This position is a part of the Client Services department of Simpluris, a Legal Administrator that delivers comprehensive legal, financial, and corporate administration services to law firms, banks, agencies, and businesses in need of complex project fulfillment. Project Managers ("PMs") are the face of Simpluris operations to our clients. Internally, they coordinate with sales, data services, software development, contact center, disbursements, claims analysts and a host of other personnel to ensure project deliverables are met. This position may oversee one or more Project Coordinators in the Client Services department. A PM must meet critical client requirements, be able to manage multiple competing priorities and personalities, and communicate swiftly and effectively.

In Short

• Draft project related documents including timelines, SOWs, and internal procedures.
• Research client and claimant inquiries and communicate findings.
• Provide detailed project reporting and perform quality control of client reports.
• Foster good working relationships with operational groups.
• Identify risks and escalate to the Project Director.
• Manage budget reviews and monthly revenue forecasting.
• Delegate project tasks to Project Coordinators as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience with direct client/customer contact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
