Project Manager - Remote

Overview

VetsEZ is seeking a Project Manager to be a part of a remote team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. The ideal candidate will lead Agile teams to deliver software solutions while also managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.

In Short

• Lead and facilitate scrum meetings and eliminate blockers.
• Build relationships to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage the end-to-end project management process for technology projects.
• Promote Agile quality practices and coordinate across organizations.
• Advise government personnel on process standardization improvements.
• Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics.
• Work with senior-level client leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience required.
• Experience leading an Agile development team.
• Proven experience with large-scale software development projects.
• Experience facilitating briefings to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Kanban methods is desired.
