Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strong client-facing Project Manager to oversee budget, timeline, and scope across digital transformation projects in a fully remote role.

In Short

• Manage multiple concurrent custom software projects with budgets ranging from $500K to $1M+
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, ensuring expectations are met
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and leadership teams
• Create and maintain project documentation including plans and status reports
• Coordinate client and internal team meetings for alignment
• Identify risks and ensure timely project delivery
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies for productivity
• Contribute to product-related decision-making
• Support operations management tasks as needed

Requirements

• 5–9+ years of experience in project management or related roles
• Proven success managing digital projects
• Client-facing experience with clear communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum
• Background in digital transformation project management
• Familiarity with product management
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher)
