Overview

We are seeking a strong client-facing Project Manager to oversee budget, timeline, and scope for digital transformation projects within a leading HealthTech IT services company.

• Fully remote role, must reside in LATAM.
• Manage multiple custom software projects with budgets ranging from $500K to $1M.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and leadership teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate meetings to ensure project alignment.
• Identify project risks and ensure timely delivery on budget.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management.
• Contribute to product-related decision-making.
• Support operations management tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 5-9+ years of project management experience, preferably in custom software development.
• Proven success managing digital projects valued over $500K.
• Client-facing experience with strong communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Background in digital transformation projects is essential.
• Familiarity with product management and software development lifecycle.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
• Based in LATAM.
