Project Manager - MEP Services - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work of a building under construction, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.

In Short

• Engage in initial design development of MEP Services.
• Review legal and statutory compliance of design.
• Co-ordinate with all disciplines of Services Design.
• Ensure Contractors submit shop drawings and obtain approval.
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
• Provide value addition in vendor selection and procurement.
• Ensure timely execution of services work as per specifications.
• Manage handovers and ensure all works are complete as per contracts.
• Initiate training for the taking over team.
• Maintain exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements

• B.E in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in warehouse/industrial projects.
• Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills.
