Project Manager - Fully Remote

Overview

This is a fully remote role for a client-facing Project Manager at an award-winning HealthTech IT services company, responsible for managing budget, timeline, and scope across digital transformation projects.

In Short

• Manage scope, timeline, and budget for multiple concurrent custom software projects.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate client and internal team meetings.
• Identify risks and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Contribute to product-related decision-making.
• Support operations management tasks (bonus).

Requirements

• 5–9+ years experience in project management or related roles.
• Proven success managing digital projects ranging from $500K to $1M+.
• Client-facing experience and ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Digital transformation project background is essential.
• Familiarity with product management.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• English fluency (C1 or higher) required.
