• Join the pre-sales team to create an efficient rollout plan for customer onboarding.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create, optimize, and drive schedules across cross-functional teams.
• Anticipate and manage resistance or setbacks during projects.
• Lead customer interactions and act as the main point of contact during implementations.
• Run planning and scheduling for multiple simultaneous implementation projects.
• Monitor and measure project performance using appropriate tools.
• Ensure projects are delivered within contractual obligations and timelines.
• Maintain strong customer relations through effective communication.
• Identify additional services to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Sr. Project Management role.
• Experience leading large projects in the Payroll/HR/Workforce management industry.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with all organizational levels.
• Initiative to produce improvement initiatives internally and with customers.
