Overview

The Payments Operations Specialist will be responsible for handling payment-related queries and ensuring smooth payment execution while providing high levels of customer service.

• First point of contact for payment queries
• Investigate and respond to payment issues
• Monitor payment executions and resolve issues
• Collaborate with third-party payment providers
• Ensure timely and correct loading of payments/reports
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Work collaboratively with payments and customer service teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM subject
• 2+ years in a financial services customer-facing role, preferably B2B
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under stress
• Understanding of payment systems and settlement cycles
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
