• Manage the support of mid-large scale products.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and government partners.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary environments.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks like scrum or kanban.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts.
• Proactive and positive mindset.
