Overview

The Talent Acquisition Data Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening Nava’s data-driven hiring strategies by managing, analyzing, and interpreting Talent Acquisition data to inform strategic decisions.

In Short

  • Analyze TA workflows and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports visualizing recruitment KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights to guide hiring strategy and workforce planning.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Lead system migrations ensuring data integrity.
  • Monitor key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive optimization.
  • Collaborate with Talent Attraction partners to improve candidate sourcing channels.
  • Perform analyses using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, or Python.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance with standards.
  • Stay updated on TA analytics best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting analytics or data management.
  • Experience with ATS platforms like Lever or Workday.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes and metrics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear insights.
