Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Analyst role at Smith+Nephew involves developing reporting and tools to support various teams, working within the Logistics Reporting and Analytics team to gather requirements, establish data sources, and present solutions.

In Short

• Develop and maintain .NET/Power App front-end tools.
• Work with key stakeholders to create actionable reports within Power BI.
• Update existing dashboards and reports based on changing requirements.
• Support ad-hoc report requests from the business.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Reporting and Analytics team.
• Analyze data to provide accurate, on-time information.
• Engage with internal customers to understand their reporting needs.
• Drive solutions development with minimal direction.
• Contribute to the development of front-end tools connecting to Snowflake data.
• Maintain a flexible work-life balance in a hybrid work model.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
• 2+ years' experience with .NET, SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and VBA.
• Power Apps experience is a plus.
• SAP or similar ERP experience is a plus.
• Medical Logistics experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
• Willingness to support ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Travel requirements are less than 5%.
