In Short

• Join the Revenue Analytics team under eHealth’s CFO.
• Maintain and refine Lifetime Value (LTV) prediction models.
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams on data quality and LTV metrics.
• Act as the subject matter expert for LTV and related metrics.
• Provide insights into customer retention and financial performance.
• Use statistical analysis and data visualizations to guide decisions.
• Work with various analytics teams to analyze customer insights.
• Demonstrate eHealth’s values in practices and decisions.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills required.
• Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, Fintech, and Insurtech is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or similar.
• 0-3 years of experience in advanced analytics or data science.
• Strong statistical background with machine learning experience.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills for sharing results with non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality.
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting metrics preferred.
