Senior Data Analyst, Revenue Analytics - Remote

Join eHealth in creating a better way to guide consumers through their health insurance and related options. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in providing quantitative guidance to the Finance organization and overall company through predictive modeling and data analysis.

In Short

• Maintain and refine Lifetime Value (LTV) prediction models.
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams on revenue recognition processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for LTV and related metrics.
• Support analytics initiatives focused on customer insights and retention.
• Embed predictive analysis into revenue forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Translate complex findings into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Utilize statistical analysis and visualizations for decision-making.
• Demonstrate eHealth's values in all practices.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in advanced analytics or data science.
• Experience in customer behavioral modeling.
• Strong statistical background and machine learning experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to incorporate various data sets into analytics products.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights.
• Project management capabilities.
• Knowledge of ecommerce, digital marketing, Fintech, and Insurtech preferred.
• Understanding of Finance and Accounting metrics preferred.
