Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

This role involves empowering business teams who support millions of consumers by ensuring vital processes work smoothly. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.

• Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform product evolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with success in platform services.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience as a backend software engineer is a strong plus.
• Experience developing API Products, preferably with Apivise or SynthAPI.
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum and Kanban frameworks as a Product Owner.
• Strong technical acumen; able to analyze and leverage data to inform decisions.
• Exceptional communicator in both technical and business contexts.
• Proficient in Confluence, Jira, Teams, Snowflake, Tableau, etc.
• Experience in health care, insurance, or marketplace industries.
