• Lead the evolution of our AI Sales Agent’s knowledge system and personality.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, Head of Product, engineers, and designers.
• Drive continuous discovery with users and perform technical analyses.
• Evolve product strategy and knowledge system capabilities.
• Own knowledge quality and establish evaluation metrics.
• Focus on agent adoption and impact on customer ROI.
• Work with GTM teams for successful product launches.
• Build long-term relationships with employees and customers.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Product Manager in B2B software.
• Experience with GenAI and LLMs.
• Ability to prototype with GenAI tooling.
• Strong technical background and SQL knowledge.
• Proven ability in continuous discovery and roadmap shaping.
• Strong communication skills to align teams.
