  • Act as Subject Matter Expert across clinical, scientific, and regulatory domains.
  • Promote process excellence and innovation.
  • Communicate scientific insights to diverse audiences.
  • Align team capabilities with business needs through strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Master's or PhD preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years' industry experience or 10 years' combined academic and industry experience.
  • Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals in a clinical or regulatory role.
  • Proven experience in writing scientific documents for regulatory submissions.
  • Experience in presenting scientific evidence to cross-discipline teams.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Travel requirements are less than 10%.
