In Short

• Partner closely with Sales teams to develop and deliver tailored, customer-facing data analyses and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate complex datasets into insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and performance drivers.
• Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting tools.
• Participate in customer calls and internal strategy sessions.
• Establish and maintain feedback loops with Sales and customers.
• Support broader Sales and Marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the Data Science team to leverage advanced methodologies.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to resolve data anomalies.
• Contribute to the development of tools and best practices for data utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automation of reporting workflows is a plus.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Base salary of $115,000 - $135,000.
