Overview

As a Sales Analyst at Jasper, you will analyze pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and attainment data across the entire customer lifecycle to provide strategic insights and support sales operations.

In Short

• Analyze sales performance across reps, teams, and stages.
• Translate data into actionable insights for Sales Leadership.
• Deep-dive into conversion drop-off and performance trends.
• Support forecasting and KPI reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement for coaching and training.
• Analyze renewal and expansion trends with Customer Success.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs.
• Ensure consistent metrics with Strategic Finance and Marketing.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an analytical or sales operations role.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Experience with AI technology.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce.
• Experience with SQL.
• Bonus: Experience with Mode, BigQuery.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Proactive and curious attitude.
