Overview

This position provides informational, analytical, and administrative support to the FS Curtis Sales team. This position requires multi-tasking and timely completion of tasks in coordination and collaboration. Position primarily gathers, analyses, organizes, and distributes sales, product, and market information. Position also assists the VP of Sales with strategic planning, policy creation and implementation, and communication.

In Short

  • Gathers and analyses information from multiple data sources to support the strategic planning process
  • Assists sales team with generation and distribution of relevant reports
  • Create and conduct market surveys to fill knowledge gaps and support sales management
  • Create reports and presentations that clearly communicate any insights or conclusions gained through research
  • Measure performance of key initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Assist VP of Sales with the strategic planning process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Business, Statistics, or Finance
  • Minimum of three-years working for a B-to-B industrial company
  • Working knowledge of the latest Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access, and Power BI
  • Understanding of basic statistics and quantitative decision making
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively
  • Excellent time-management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time while meeting deadlines
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and adaptable; able to work independently within team focused environment
  • Ability to follow established policies and procedures
