In Short

• Lead the design and implementation of our GTM analytics strategy.
• Drive data-first experimentation in sales motions and territory planning.
• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting.
• Develop data inquiries and conduct data exploration.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders for actionable insights.
• Lead junior analysts and serve as a technical leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in Sales/GTM analytics.
• Experience with modern sales tech stack beyond Salesforce.
• Strong experience with SQL and Excel.
• Results driven with excellent organizational skills.
• Resourceful problem solver with strong communication skills.
• Prior experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Prior experience with Python and/or R is a plus.
