• Develop and execute Jasper’s account-based marketing strategy focused on Top 100 customers.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership and account teams for coordinated account engagement plans.
• Design tiered ABM programs ensuring the right level of personalization.
• Create personalized engagement strategies for strategic accounts.
• Develop scalable programs for clusters of priority accounts.
• Work with the Field Marketing team on targeted events for priority accounts.
• Support account progression through multi-stakeholder programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align ABM programs with GTM initiatives.
• Build repeatable ABM playbooks for program execution.
• Measure impact of ABM programs on engagement and pipeline.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, especially in ABM.
• Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in executing ABM campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ability to translate account insights into targeted marketing programs.
• Strong analytical mindset for measuring engagement and ROI.
• Highly collaborative and comfortable working across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for key programs as needed.
