In Short

• Lead change management initiatives related to legal operations.
• Manage contracts and procurement processes.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge management system.
• Implement technology solutions to streamline legal processes.
• Optimize and manage the Legal team’s financial processes.
• Manage workflows for legal requests.
• Assist with corporate paralegal matters and legal filings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in legal operations or related roles.
• Adept at automation and AI; experience with various software tools.
• Strong knowledge of legal processes and contracts management.
• Experience in developing strategic plans for a legal department.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements.
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems.
• Strong project and program management skills.
